So the menu for the Whisky Lovers event on the 5th has been set.

On arrrival....
Olives and Organic chicken liver & mushroom pate

Then
Jamon Serrano with tomato and Catalan Bread

Followed by
Lamb loin grilled medium rare with rhubarb, eggplant and labna salad

And finally a
Twice cooked duck with poached pear and celeriac puree

Want dessert? Brilliant!
Bitter chocolate tart with hazelnut gelato and Belgium chocolate tile

And if that was not enough..... there may be a mystery bottle of whisky to finish on if there is interest.....
