So the menu for the Whisky Lovers event on the 5th has been set.
On arrrival....Olives and Organic chicken liver & mushroom pate
Then

Lamb loin grilled medium rare with rhubarb, eggplant and labna salad
And finally a
Twice cooked duck with poached pear and celeriac puree
